Hampton Inn Chattanooga-North/Ooltewah

"The ONLY reason I didn't give this hotel 5 stars is because it's not a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was okay other than the powdered eggs but give you enough for a boost in the morning! This hotel has great renovations, it's pet friendly, the rooms were comfy, the air was cold and the southern hospitality was on full display. Thanks to Genia and Josh for making it memorable at the front desk and to the attentive cleaning ladies keeping things tidy for us. The pool was immaculate and exceeded expectations. We had a great time! I would definitely return if I was nearby again."

"We stayed here while traveling and had a great stay. The location is right off the interstate so it was very easy and quick to get to. I see some people had issues with road noise but we stayed on the side away from the interstate and we had no noise in our room. The hotel's in great condition and was clean. The room was good, I had a great night sleep; the AC worked well and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at Hampton. I was very happy to see they had biscuits and gravy as well as multiple other options. The two women working the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice to have and they were open early until late at night so we could use them even though we arrived later in the evening. Overall, we had a really great stay here."

"We arrived really late in the night and had made a last minute reservation. The night auditor, Audrey, was amazing. She was super kind to us and helped us multiple times. This was the first time our 12 month old had stayed at a hotel and it didn’t go well. We couldn’t stay the whole night and ended up driving home with a screaming baby at 4 a.m. Audrey sent us off with some cereal from the breakfast area and water bottles. She helped calm our frantic first time parent nerves as we packed up the car. The room was very clean and comfortable and would have provided a great rest, if our baby didn’t wake up at 2 a.m. screaming."
