Hampton Inn Chattanooga East Ridge

"Super happy with our stay at Hampton Inn Chatt East Ridge. It was super convenient but the best part about it was the staff!! Harold helped me with updating my stay before i got there (he was super friendly and was able to update my reservation which helped my stress level disappear!) and then at check-in the staff at the desk, Jesse, was even more fantastic! She answered all my questions and was great to work with! She was friendly every time I saw her at the desk! I will definitely stay there again!"

"This is going to be one of my favorite stops. This Hampton Inn is in a very convenient area. After a long day driving I was able to take a nice walk past several desirable eateries. Brittani the clerk on duty checked me in, recognized my Hilton Reward status and was very friendly and helpful. She informed me she would be on duty until 11. I appreciated her willingness to be available if I needed anything. The room was perfect - one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Great place to stay!"

"I stay here several times a year. It has been my go to stop between Illinois and Florida. The location is great, the staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, the rooms are really showing the wear of heavy use. The last few times I’ve stayed I see it more and more. The rooms need a refresh. The walls are scuffed and stained. The carpets and furniture need a deep cleaning. The lobby and eating area are very nice. I don’t want to find a new hotel to stay at. I’m hoping that they are planning on systematically going through the rooms and bring them back to what they were a few years back."
