"Visited Grindhead Coffee in EB area during our Greater Chattanooga Realtors Cofdee & Connection event and enjoyed. The private-themed vibe is a fun change from the typical coffee shop. I had the “Salty Sailor” latte and mini blueberry muffins…delish. Also picked up a couple bags of whole bean coffee for the “Brew House” for home. Friendly place with a different vibe. Stop in and hang out and enjoy something to drink. Arrrr"

"This place is awesome as it is decked out with pirate stuff all over!!! The coffee is good too! Next time we will try an apple empanada mmmmm The girl who helped us today (12/20/2025) right at closing was so awesome and friendly! I also wish I could have a coffee mug skull just like on their sticker. That would be so rad!"

"So cute! Definitely a great spot to return to again and again. They have a nice number of tables inside and the place is really clean. They also have a lot of swag for purchase, and the prices are fair. (It’s a pirate theme shop.) I had a “Captain Hook” which is dark chocolate hazelnut mocha, topped with whipped cream and mocha drizzle (hold the whip!). I was afraid it would be too sweet but it wasn’t over the top sweet. The barista, Emily, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She happily answered all my questions. She handed me off to Haley to made my drink (and made it to perfection!) while she went to help a gentleman with bagged coffee. Yes, they sell that too. Haley was great and brought my drink out to me. As I understand, the E. Brainerd Rd store is their roastery and training store for their food truck! So look for the truck when you’re out and about and know they are one and the same store. I 100% recommend you stop in and try this spot. I think you’ll be glad you did!"
