Chattanooga Water Heater Co

"What a wonderful company. Called, spoke to nice gentleman, he was out same day, fixed tankless Rinnai while I was out of town and wife and kids were home. Wife said he was extremely kind, professional, and efficient. We'll be back !"

"Chattanooga Water Heater Co gave me an estimate that was identical to another well rated service provider. However, Travis with CWHCo both educated me about my water heater, explained the cost of fixing vs replacing, and how it compares to the water heater they will use to replace it. My unit was from 2009 and I had been nursing it back to life for a couple of weeks taking the occasional cold shower. Travis had everything needed to perform the swap on hand. It was just under 2 hours total from the time they (Travis, His Father, and childhood Best Friend) arrived to inspect my water heater, educate me on my options, provide a quote, complete the install, educate me on the new unit and take payment. Locally owned and family run. I will use them again and again."

"This company is A-1 in my book. I called around 2:30 in afternoon and they were able come out later in that evening. They explained and showed us the condition of our old one. They also went over the pros and cons of different water heaters on the market. They took our old water heater out and installed the new one and finished the job amazingly in hardly an hour. Cleaned up the area and also took the old water heater with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed ."
